If I read it right, you've got up to 30 days to return it, but they charge a 15% restocking fee for GPS systems.

1. You definately have 30 days to return it.
2. You can return it whether it is defective or not as long as you have a reciept.
3. However, there IS a 15% restocking fee if it is OPEN and there is nothing wrong with the device.
4. If it IS defective there is no restocking fee. (Determined by Geek Squad or Mobile Electronics Rep. and checked for abuse or physical damage not covered by service plans or basic product warrenty.)

As for cash back...
1. You will only get cash back if you paid cash or check for the product and have a reciept.
2. If you paid by card or it was a gift you can only get store credit or a credit back to the card used in the transaction.
