You will need to feed the kitty every 2-3 hrs, usually they will cry when hungry like a human baby. A syringe or medicine dropper works better than the bottle at that age. You will need to stimulate the kitty to poop and pee by wetting a small washcloth and lightly rubbing its tiny bottom. You should do this before and after each feeding. A small heating pad set on low will keep the kitty warm enough. The breathing fast is normal, but if it starts to sound funny or congested, call the vet. If you need any local help or just some tips on how to do everything, your local humane society, vet, or animal shelter can help get you started. Kudos for rescuing this tiny baby.

since it is so young you probably need to feed it every 2 hours and using a medicine dropper is the best way i have tried those little pet bottles and they arent as good...kittens usually have big tummies but you may want to take it to the vet and get it dewormed just in case ...you can wrap it up in a blanket and it is going to sleep ALOT because it is just like a baby yes it is normal they do breathe fast... good luck im glad someone who cares found it

Poor baby!
At that age, the kitten needs help with pooping and peeing. What you do is use a damp cotton swab to rub its anus and peehole.
Like a human baby, he will have to be fed fairly frequently. Offer a bottle every 2 to 4 hours.
You are right about him needing more than a blanket. Try wrapping a hot water bottle with a towel to simulate a momma cat's warm body.
Good luck!

Call a vet or your local Humane Society I'm sure they would be more then willing to answer all your Kitty questions. And I have to commend you on doing such a nice thing for a stray kitten even though I am a dog person

Get a piece of thick cloth and use a small tip of it dipped in formula to feed the kitten. For warmth you can use a lamp or a hot water bottle, or heating pad.
