Tell her to go to the southern side of the Rio Grand River somewhere around El Paso, Texas. When it gets dark, jump in (Its only knee deep in most places). Wade across. Avoid the border guards and find a democrat. She should tell the democrat that she'll be voting for them. Presto! She will then have a monthly check and free health care as well as numerous offers to subsidize any business she wants to start. The magic of it all, though, is that now she won't need to make her own money. Its free!! Is this a great country or what?

well if she marries a U.S citizen she becomes legal and gets her green card. Also to work she needs a work visa or a temporary work visa depending on how long she plans to stay. heres a good site
