i want to get an eyebrow piercing during the summer. Will it be ready by the time school starts?

it should be...the average time for healing is 6-8 weeks, but it might take longer...mine took about 3 months, if i remember correctly...

You have to take care of it, the beach isn't a good environment for a new piercing, not to mention the sun.
if you let it heal properly it will be ok by the time school starts.

As long as you take care of it like they tell you it should be mostly healed by then. You won't be able to tell it is still healing after about 6 weeks. Check with the piercer for definate answers.
