My ex-boyfriend was never ashamed of these words, in fact, he told this on our forth date, although we were not too close yet...
And my boyfriend now, he is a little bit shy, or he just afraid of something, i can feel some warmth in his actions, but not a single tender word...
Does it mean that he is not interested or maybe just shy?
He told me recently he cannot be very open-minded with the people he doesn't know well. Does it concern me? I am a very open-minded myself!
Do I need to tell him about my feelings first?
And, is it worth telling the guy I miss him? Should he really know it?

No, the last 3 guys I have been with have said that to me in 3 months or less, and another one after only 2 weeks of knowing me. I hate this they are just throwing this word around, it took me 8 months to say it the first time but it gets easier after that. I'd say your BF has never really been in love (it is always hard to say it the first time to the first person, it gets easier each time) he just wants to be sure about his feelings before he shares them with you, please respect that it is hard to find a man that actually knows what love is and puts off saying it until he is sure.
All of my ex's I have told "you may love what you see but you don't really love me" because when they said it they didn't really know me so how could they really love ME.
Take care of him he sound like a really great guy - and he probably hasn't had many partners either ;)

I love you to guys is something totally different to that of girls. To him 'I love you' is probably more like a wedding vow. It doesn't mean he doesn't like you, it probably means he likes you more and doesn't want to show it. Just give him time. Eventually he'll get over his shyness. If you really want him to say it, try saying it to him more. He will hopefully become use to it. My boyfriend and I have been dating about a month, and at 1st he wouldn't even utter the words 'I love you' but after I started saying it, and we started spending more time together, its almost always the 1st thing we say to eachother. But htats just me and him, it might not go as smoothly a s you'd hoped.

My boyfriend only says I love you when he really really means it at that moment, cause he said if i say it all the time it will end up having no meaning just 3 words, i thought oh bless he is right

If you are this insecure about your relationship it is way too early to know if you love each other. However, it is never too early to talk about how you feel. If conversations like this scare him, maybe he isn't interested in something serious yet. Give him time, or move on.

Why would he tell you he loves you if he doesn't know you well? You may be open minded , don't be empty headed . He wants to get to know you better. Don't rush into things. You sound like your the type that does.

Not difficult at all to say but to act accordingly and sincerely is their problem later.

I think it is way more difficult than we think......... most men have difficulty expressing their feelings and sometimes we women forget that they are just as afraid of hurt and rejection as we are.
