Router Help (Decoder)?

Lets say you have a very annoying cousin that keeps changing the password on your Linksys router. ( http://aycu33.webshots.com/image/17352/2002347401086025468_rs.jpg )

Does anyone know a program that 'Decodes' the password? and shows me what password it is?

He adds a password when I'm not home, and when I press the reset button he changes the password before I can get to my computer

Just lock the router with a password
