Why the false claim? Come on is people like you stopped attacking athesits they would not defend or retaliate! Anti atheism is doing so much damage to Christianity that it is in reality anti Christianity – David Manley It takes in reality only one to make a quarrel. It is useless for the sheep to pass resolutions in favour of vegetarianism, while the wolf remains of a different opinion. - William Ralph Inge. Why so blind to what causes the backlash against christianity? ALL the other religions and atheists live in peace and are ONLY attacked by BAD christians which causes all GOOD christians to despair at the damage they do! Up until about 40 years back Christianity was thriving and there was no conflict with others but in just those few short years the modern christians have become intolerant, hate filled, bigoted and persecuting resulting in a growing backlash against christianity and causing christianity to loose over ten percent in less than a decade with the loss accelerating! The self destruction of Christianity is underway and the only thing that can stop it is to abandon the terrible human emotions, seek to rediscover the idea of a loving god and act like it! Posts like yours that drive people further away from God are driving you towards hell. So who are you working for the devil or the antichrist because it sure ain't the loving god!

Well, I'm assuming your question is actually rhetorical. The "why" is easy: nobody wants to be told any truth that is unpleasant.
I'm not sure your example is a very good one with regard to being "about Christians." Statistics can be developed to say almost anything, and especially in the case of atheism, it is probably more about what is acceptable to say you believe (or do not believe) in a given country than about the actual level of belief vs. atheism.
But one factor which probably does suggest a connection is the whole guilt/punishment method of seeing morals as opposed to a more personal responsibility style. In the US, more children have those values to rebel against in their adolescence. And much of our crime rate is due to adolescent rebellion: raising heck to make your parents mad.
Also, our crime rate is particularly distorted by our drug laws, and by other laws against victimless crimes. What are the Czech Republic's criminal laws like? I doubt that they are similar enough to ours to make this comparison reasonable.

Hate is such a strong word. I think many people on this site do not like the spreading of false or misinformation. That happens a lot here...as humans, we tend to state things negatively that we either don't understand or are too afraid to learn about and understand. So, the information gets skewed, is invalid, or totally not what a certain group believes. Your stats are interesting but they don't really prove anything. Do they have a "harsher" judicial system over there (probably because of past abusive governments)....there's a lot more in play than religion when it comes to crime rates.

Just because atheists supposedly have a low crime rate (I don't know how accurate that statistic is), doesn't mean 90% of crimes are committed by Christians in the US. We do have people of other religions in this country.

Czech has only 10 million , the US has 300 million.
In Jordan, over 90% are muslim, almost no atheists, we have a very low crime level. That's partly because there are only 6 million citizens.

Anyone who tries to "tell the truth" about a group from the outside, with no personal experience of what the group stands for, is just whistling in the wind.

Why are atheists so fond of fallacious arguments? It could just be that more things are considered crimes or more enforcement of crimes in America or even that atheists in the USA commit more crimes than atheists in the Czech Republic.

Does anyone thank you when you burst their bubble?
Especially in this case when they go from being beloved by God and the center of the universeto having to realize the only meaning to life is what the bring to it - and they only get one kick at the can?

Christ came to save those who need saving. He doesn't need to save those who are already good. But I thought those statistics applied to gun control laws, not religious affiliation. Plus the police in both countries may have different views on what is a crime, and what is a demeanor. Many socialist states won't give out true numbers because they want to make themselves appear better than capitalist states.
