yesterday i ate: two strawberries, a sandwich (threw away parts of it), eggs and grits, and three pieces of toast.

for the past week my diet has pretty much consisted of ravioli, ramen noodles, corn and peas, and bread and butter.

generally i try to eat every 3 to 4 hours, with perhaps a snack in between time. for someone who's 5'4 and 102 lbs i think that's a pretty reasonable diet.

thing is, i feel hungry a lot. i just ate two hours ago and i already want to eat again. even if i feel full, it could literally be 30 minutes later that i'm wanting to eat again.

what am i doing wrong here? why do i feel hungry - am i not eating enough, or am i not eating the right foods? thanks.

You seriously need to eat more.

What you described as your food intake yesterday is what I eat for breakfast and I'm at an average weight. What did you have for lunch and supper?

Also, the right foods will do you good. Ravioli = good :) Ramen noodles = bad :( You can't count that as a meal. Eat things that will fill you up (1 portion)

Oh, and, if you're hungry, eat some more strawberries or a banana. You can never eat too much fruit :)

You need more protein in you diet. Sounds like your eating alot of Carbs, which in some people it metabolizes faster. Eat some meat, and feel full :)

you need more protein and fiber. both will fill you up and last longer. you eat a lot of carbs, which don't tend to stay with you. balance your diet better and you won't get so hungry between meals.

I personally think that you should weigh more and eat more, your probably hungry because your eating less than your body wants.
