most people and doctors say that food has nothing to do with acne, like chocolate and fried chips and so but it really does so try to cut out the chocolate but not at all,u can't possiblly just quit eating chocolate for the rest of your life, but it helps if u only eat it every once in while, and this is definitely for all food that might aggravate acne and zits.....but i don't think that washing and exfoliating would work.cause it's been proven that acne is not caused by dirt.sure it will clean ur skin but it won't help with acne.plus when u over use these things it will make ur skin flaky and dry and even inflame it.so i recommend benzoyl peroxide.it works pretty good for me.u might see the results in 2 weeks or so.but some people were completly clear after using it for about 6:8 months.but u don't want to quit using it after seeing the result and also when u wash it off i prefer u apply an oil free moisturizer....for more info visit : www.ance.org

Keeping your face clean is very important. Never go to bed with make-up on. And drink lots of water throughout the day. I've been using Noxema products since I was 12 years old. I put on Noxema cream rinse and then pat dry. And I also use Noxema Medicated pads. I also use a light moisturizer like Oil of Olay serum. Which is excellent. Keeps your face pretty clean. If you still have problems check with a doctor to make sure you don't have something else going on. But with what I've done it has seemed to work for me. Maybe it can help you. Best wishes! :-)

Cut out as much fat and sugar as possible, including soda
of any kind and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Despite all
the medications out there, I find French Clay (at the health
food store) mixed with water has the best healing time for
outbreaks. Pro-Active if it's really bad. If your hormones
are raging, then prevention won't help too much..just ride
it out, they'll be gone soon on their own.

Cut out soda, chocolate, & avacadoes.
Wash ur face 3 times a day. When u wake up, after u eat lunch, and before you go to sleep.
Proactiv is for sure the absolute gest to clear ur face.
It works crazy good. ^_^
but even proactive won't help you if your slamming down chocolate bars and cokes all day.

Wash your face daily, exfoliate 3 times a week, and use a mask 2 times a week.

Remove ALL makeup before bed.
