See, we are goin on this school trip, and i just wanna look good in my bathing suit. Plz, give me tips! PLZ!!!

If you watch tv, then every time a commercial comes on, do as many sit ups or crunches you can do until the commercial is over. I like to do marine style sit ups. You need a friend for this. While on your back, with your friend standing over you at your head, grab their ankles and use your lower abs to raise your legs. When they are at the top, your friend has to push your legs down. Keep your legs from hitting the floor, and bring them back up. That is one rep. To make it more challenging, have your friend push your legs away further from the top (when your legs are half way up) or push them left or right to get your obliques.

Another good one for the sides is if you stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Alternate punches with left and right arms. When you punch with one side, swivel and pull your opposite arm into your side. You should feel tightening in your side.

Also, while standing shoulder width apart and twisting your upper torso, bring your knee up to its opposite elbow. Do both sides.

Do several of these and you will definitely feel it and see results soon. Drink lots of water and stay away from processed foods and carbs.

omg im doing the exact same thing, and i also need it off by june. before what i did was...

eat a smoothie for breakfast

walk 5 miles everyday

eat a sandwich on pita bread with crackers and juice or water for lunch.

a small healthy snack with not alot of cal.s

and eat supper as i normally would do but maybe a smaller portion

i lost 11 pounds in ONE week by doing this, it worked great and also somne days i also did kick boxing, but you can sub. that for something else.

First of all slow down on sweets and fast food.. that nice bikini is worth it, right?
To lose fat fast regular exercises won't help, you need to do some cardio training and weights. try jogging 3 miles in the morning.. and 30 pushups and 100 cranshes ( at least 4 days a weeks)

One thing that helps with sit up are punches. Listen: sit on a flat bench and lean back 10 degrees. Hold your hands up like a boxer and punch to the right with a left hand. Make sure to twist your body along with your arm and tighten your abs. It'll tighten your stomache and give you more of a calorie burn to help out with whatever else you're doing. After you punch right, do it with your left. Count thirty right, left-handed punches and thirty left, right-handed punches. Don't punch as in you're trying to beat someone up, the whole point is your abs. Do it in the morning and at night and cut down on what you eat and in between.
There's also one more thing for your waist line, and all this can help in losing inches. What you do is lie on the floor with your knees pulled up so your heels go nearer to your behing. And hold your hands to your sides. You tilt to the right and touch your left foot with your right hand and vice versa. The whole point is to cut down the inches on your wait. If you do all this plus crunches and whatever anyone else has said [excersise wise] then I promise you it'll help.

You don't have time to lose inches off your stomach before June unless you become anorexic or bulemic, neither of which I would advise. Losing inches is an obnoxiously slow process that you probably should have started sooner than May 27 if you needed them gone by June.

Start by doing sit-ups 25-30mn each day better if done on mornings.
