put an ice pack on your jaw or wherever the pain is. the pain is normal. now if it keeps increasing within a week and does not go away and is unbearable then you need to go to the person who took it out you could have dry socket. now a little pain is okay but in a week if it is just unbearable you will need to go to the dentist.

Of course it is normal. You don't think they can wrestle those teeth out without some pain.

Take Excedrin for the pain and swish GENTLY with Hydrogen Peroxide to heal the gums.

Cold packs on your cheeks will help the swelling go down.

Yes it is normal.
You just had surgery -- your mouth had to be opened wider more and longer than usual. The muscles are not use to that so hence, the after surgery pain.

Use an ice pack and take the meds, get plenty of rest. Usually it takes 7-14 days depending on your body and attitude to bounce back.

Good luck.
