i have siemens el71 but i cant install mobile phone manager disc that came with phone, so i download it from siemens it installs but wen i go to run it it says an error...any ideas cos i want new music on my phone....it did work with xp, but not with vista does anyone know where i can download mpm for vista

Siemens has not made a version for vista yet thats isnt mircosoft's fault, its Siemens so dont blame them you have to wait for them to make of just call them and keep complaining

Um, you may have to complain to Microsoft abbout that, or you can wait for Windows Vista Service Pack 1.
What you can also try is to try running your program in compatibility mode. right click on the programs icon and then click properties. Under the 'Compatibility' tab try puting it in compatibility for Windows Xp Service pack 2. Then press "run program as an administrator" and type your admin password if promoted to do so. (If your user is an Administrator, then you won't need to type the password)

Vista only has limited prograsms istlaled you ahve to wait until the programs for seimens is updated to download into vista i had vista but i got xp agen cuz vista is annoyin i only get a limit! n have to wait until programs are updated =] , if u want new songs use limwire

the software probably does not support Vista yet, stay with XP if its rly important 2 u
