He was human also and I believe he went to his mother for many things. He lived to be in his 30's so many things in his life happened that he had questions about. I don't believe he was a know it all. He learned from his parents and elders just like we all should.

Jesus is/was God in human form. It is because He came to earth and lived as a human being that He is able to relate to us and understand the things we humans go through. No doubt He asked for plenty of things and like any good mother, Mary probably told Him no a few times.

I'll bet Jesus asked what time dinner was going to be.
I would love a logical answer why there are 18 years of his life missing from the bible. Especially his adult years from 21 to 30.
I believe that was deliberately left out because that information would have reinforced the idea that Jesus studied eastern philosophies and was most probably married and a father.

Like any human, we depend on out parents. I'm sure he asked them for lots of things. His powers of manifestation were not developed until he was old enough to realize them and be taught about mastery over the meta physics of life by the Magi.

Jesus was human, his parents were Mary and Joseph!!
He was a child like any other except for his gift and his purpose on earth.
Remember his parents lost him and when they were worried and went looking for him they found him preaching?
He was like any other child.

sure, besides being divine, Jesus was also a normal young boy. He loved his mother and his mother cared for him in all his needs.
