As for any word translation of rich and wealth into Latin is depending on the exact meaning and the context.

For "rich" my dictionary suggests :

pinguis = rich , fat , fertile;
beatus = rich, happy, fortunate, bringing happiness, wealthy, copious, sumptuous;
uber = rich, fertile, abundant, fruitful, plentiful, copious.
opimus = rich, fertile; abundant; fat, plump;
dives = rich, wealthy; costly; fertile/productive (land);
laetus = rich,luxuriant,lush,sleek; fertile (land);

as to "wealth" suggestions are :

divitia = wealth, riches (pl.)
census = wealth, property, estate,census,roll
bonum = wealth, good thing, profit, advantage; goods (pl.),
fortuna = wealth, property, chance, luck, fate; prosperity;
copia = wealth, plenty, abundance, supply; troops (pl.),
