The chloroplast is a food factory. Its stroma is the place where glucose is made from carbon dioxide and water.

You could argue in favor of two different answers for this question, neither of which is "mitochondria" which break down food molecules instead of building them.
1. Chloroplasts are the organelles in photosynthesis happens to make the food. So the answer could be chloroplasts.
2. In most plants, the leaves are the main organs for photosynthesis, though the process can be carried on by green stems, sepals, and so on. So the answer could be leaves.
