1. You will be cited for operating a motor vehicle without a license. You will probably be arrested.
2. The motorcycle will be impounded for a period of 30 days if this is your first offence. This is mandatory and applies even if it is someone else's bike.
3. If this is your second or subsequent offence for driving without a licence the motorcycle could be forfeited to the state. Impoundment is mandatory but the forfeiture is optional. Again, this applies even if you are not the owner of the bike.

don't pay too much attention to the people that are saying jail time they are just trying to scare you . One cant really answer the question with out knowing more . Like were driving on a public road and why did they stop you in the first place . If at worst they might make you wait until you are 21 to get a license . If there was any jail time they would have taken you in at the time they gave you a ticket . Need more information to answer correctly

You get ticketed. Driving without a license, and probably driving without insurance. Your motorcycle is picked up by a tow truck and taken to an impound lot. I believe in CA it is held for 30 days. If you are lucky you sign your ticket and are allowed to walk off, if not you get a free ride in a police car and a place to sleep that night in a juvenile facility, or perhaps you stay in a holding cell until mom or dad picks you up.

At the very least, it would be a misdemeanor offense which will result in a stiff fine and possibly short jail time although jail time is unlikely. The offender would have to appear in court and the offense would go on the offender's record, but not permanently since its a misdemeanor.
