Follow the sensible advice given:

No quick fixes, they do not work.
Losing weight fast is just the beginning of back fire and gaining it back on, possibly more too.
No magic pills, or things like vomiting, laxatives and the sort work at all, on the contrary!

Change your life style, eat healthy, exercise. That is where the answer is. Make no mistake about it. It is not to hard either and you will not regret it.

Fast off, even faster back on!

To sustain weight loss you need less in and more out. A modest reduction in calories to perhaps 1,500 calories plus 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise 4-5 times a week.

A recent University of California study showed that 2 in 3 people who diet without exercise using fad diets or pills actually end up heavier within 5 years. this means if you want to succeed you have to get off the couch.

There is no fast way. A good healthy diet and daily exercise is the key. There are a lot of get quick diets out there that do not work. It didn't take a week to gain the weight. It won't take a week to lose it.

Okay. This is really hard but if you're really intent on losing weight fast then you'll be able to do it. Do not eat any sugar or starch for ten days. No bread or anything. mostly fruits, veggies, eggs, meat things like that. I lost about twelve pounds! in ten days. You can do that whenever you want and however many times you want too. And it's really healthy:)

There is no best way to lose weight fast...no quick fix is a permanent one. Diet and exercise worked perfectly for me after I had my children!

losing it too quickly will only back-fire on you & have a negative effect on your overall health.
losing weight slowly & carefully will mean it is less likely to come back.
you'll need to modify everything in your life, from eating a balanced & more basic diet to doing lots & lots of exercise, drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.
see links below for more practical & sensible help losing weight.

Low carb and moderate exercise. Limit carbs to 15 grams per meal and 8 grams per snack (3 of each per day). Gives you lots of energy! I dropped 78 pounds in 6 months--however, losing it too quickly gave me gallstones! Then, my gallbladder became gangrenous and ruptured. Wasn't too smart to almost kill myself by wanting fast weight loss. If I had to do it over again, would do it slow and steady. Slow loss is PERMANENT loss :o)
