I have tried Atkins, WeightWatchers, SlimFast, and everything else. I try to exercise and eat healthy, but the weight will not come off.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The "best and easiest" diet out there is education !

Get "Sick and Tired" by Robert Young and / or "Living Health" by Tony Robbins and you will learn what none of the ones you tried has a clue about.

I mean Atkins is poisoning yourself around the clock, it is like the worst.

I give you my word that if you will do what is in those 2 sources you will lose all you want and keep it off forever.

Not only that but you will be finally truly healthy for maybe the first time in your life and you have more energy and vitality than you can even imagine.

actually you tried the best diet already! Its weight Watchers. The whole points thing really makes sense..and its really healthy unlike atkins. Also do you drink a lot of water because if you dont then you could just drink nothing but water for a week and you would lose about 10 pounds! (depending on your weight right now). If your exercising then you might be burning your fat and making muscle which weighs more. Good luck=D

None of those diets are the best way to go. Do some serious research into healthy eating, and get regular exercise. Also, don't lose more than 2-3 lbs. per week.

Ask your Dr. if he or she will give you a script for phentermine. Some Dr.'s are not willing because it really drops the pounds. However when taking this med. you really should do some sort of workout even if it is target workout. Also drink plenty of water !!!!!! also you can not take this med if you have cardio. or ht. or kidney issues
