the whole family has to help you - at the same time they will help themselves alot more by making healthier food choices.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and combine it with light weight training to not lose muscle (more muscle=faster metabolism)
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You cannot get a washboard stomach by only exercise. You have to change the way you eat as well. Eating clean is the way to a washboard stomach, exercising only develops the muscle underneath and what usually happens is a layer of fat hides the muscle. Unless you are willing to make small changes to your diet, you would not get that washboard stomach. Try pushing your carbs early in the day for energy and eating protein in each meal. Also drinks lots of water. Those are little changes anyone can make. Even if u don't prepare your own meals

Eat at fast food restaurants. The deep fry drops with the oils are usually never changed per prescribed schedules and retain high concentrations of fats in them. That helps alot. Also not exercising will add to such a goal, but i'd not recommend that.

Exercise is key. Walk, run, jog, swim, do whatever you like, just keep moving. Cut out the craps - soft drinks, fast food, alcohol and white bread. Take a daily vitamin and drink plenty of water and you'll be right on your way. Good luck!

Well, if u can't really stop urself from eating then the next best thing is doing crunches/sit ups. This tones the muscles in your abdomen and gives u washboard abs...try it!

well losing weight ultimately means less calories in and more calories burned. You can't spot reduce fat loss from your body. NO amount of crunches or sit ups will give you wash board abs if you still have a layer of fat on top of the abdominal muscles. you need to burn the fat- so you need to do cardio and take in less calories than you burn. good luck

Play or buy a video of some "hot and sexy" girls in their bikini showing their slim sexy abs then sit on the floor with a mat and do as much sit ups as you can. This is called the teasing technique! I do it all the time! Hope this works with you!

Sit in a car that's parked in the sun. Forget about opening air vent.I used to do it when I had to lose weight for my wrestling matches.

it's no secret-running. crunches and sit ups will not work unless you also run.
