This is NOT Dells fault, you hav spyware, malware on your system or redflag software like AOell, limewire, banzai buddy, bearshare, weatherbug, smileys, free screensavers, etc. First clean up your computer by uninstalling the junk, Then you can go into startup, google the items and turn off the bad ones, hit apply, close and reboot. NOW you should be able to install your webcam
