You need help defining what help you need. If the partnership has dissolved, and there was no personal liability of the partners, you have no legal entity you can sue. Partnerships usually do not receive "dues.": If you are talking about required contributions as a full or limited partner, re-read the second sentence.

If the partnership was paying you "dues," since there is no partnership, who do you think you can get to pay the dues?

You definitely need legal help, but you need it to understand what you are talking about, not collecting "dues."
