fist you have to be yourself. really get to know his personality and laugh every once and a while around him but make it your laugh not some cheesy stuck-up laugh

You cannot "make" a boy like you but you can be yourself in front of him and see what happens. Love comes from the heart. With the exception of the boy in question, can a boy make you like him? It doesn't work that way. It would be a doomed relationship from the start and one person would suffer a broken heart.
Try talking to him and see where it goes. If it doesn't work, move on. Trust me on this one. Good luck.

Just be yourself and if he likes you he will see you. You can not make a guy like you. If he likes you he does if he does not Oh well move on to the next one.
