They work the same...they take your money and produce no results. Your height is predetermined by genetics. You can stunt it by improper diet but there is nothing you can do to be taller without medical intervention. A doctor will not intervene unless you will be of greatly less than normal height. A male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18.
