find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

This is a healthy weight. The only way I can respond to such a question is with my own frustration with my body. I have come to terms with my body. I know how cheesy this may sound... but It's easy to help yourself when you love yourself... The only reason why I mention this is because (at least for me) it was the hardest thing to do... I would constantly compare myself to models, movie stars..etc... well now that I'm 24... I've realized that I am beautiful in my own way and so are you ...seriously people are beautiful... we are amazing creatures...

any who... First off.. please don't be doing this for a guy... cuz you need to be your own strength and want to satisfy only yourself... Next eat what you want... PORTION CONTROL was key for me.. The more I tried to eat like a rabbit the more i binge ate... try to train yourself to eat small healthy snacks or mini meals as some people but it (6 a day) .. also drink a lot of water... another thing is try finding a supplement and/or vitamin, if you feel you are not getting all the essential vitamins and minerals with the food you consume... Well (for me)exercise is a must... try to start walking or find a workout video... basically anything that will get your heart rate going for at least 30 minutes. Basically to be fit and stay fit... is a life style not a diet..

You are absolutely not overweight!! If you feel that your tummy and thighs need work, do some crunches (for stomach) and do squats or "donkey kicks" (for thighs and butt). If you are still going to go ahead with trying to lose weight (once again, you don't need to!!), the best way would be to take advantage of all the seasonal produce available now and just eat lots of salads, raw veggies, and fruit. Drink lots of water too!! Good luck!!

Honey, you are healthy. But weight loss is not what you need. You need to tone up. Crunches will tone that tummy. Shoot for twenty five in the morning and twenty five at night. Then work toward fifty in the morning and fifty at night. Get a hula hoop to whittle that waist down. And a bike will help tone the thighs.

That is fine you don't need to lose weight but if you want to tone up your tummy do some crunches.
