What's a decent digital camera for the money?

I just want something to take snapshots and download them to the PC. Can I get something for under $100?

Kodak easy share cameras are exelent... the only thing close to a problem i have had is that the picture quaility is so great, that it takes up a lot of space. But i just shring them dwn a bit and poblem solved and it is also very modest in price
