i want to loose weight fast!!?
and exercise 5times a week..



p.s. I'm 5"3 and 137pounds.
i want to be down to 115!..




p.s.!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SAY "I DOUBT YOU CAN KEEP THIS UP, BLAH BLAH BLAH..." because i can :) I'm very determined to loose 20lbs!
But I'm just wondering if my food choices/diet is good?..
would those foods cover all the necessary food groups?

alot of vegitarians eat what you are and then some..so id say your eating healthy...and id also take daily multiple vitamins..but once again..are you doing this for healthy reasons or to be like someone else????? well im not a dr but still you need to contact your dr and ask to verify this....even if just for your peace of mind dear..do this to be healthy and dont allow yourself to become so thin you suffer from eating disorders...

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I think you can do it. If you think you can, go for it. But I suggest going to www.fitday.com and making a free account. It's what I do and if you wanna lose weight you can't just eat healthier. You gotta exercize too. And not just 30 minutes at a time. Go for about 45-60 minutes. Don't skip meals.

I personally like baby carrots. Most are 40 calories per 15 carrots. So if you think you can do that, eat 3 meals of 15 carrots a day and drink tons of water. It'll help you lose water weight 'cause you'll probably pee it out, LoL.

But seriously, get a sandwich bag and put 15 carrots in there and put about 2 tablespoons of your favorite salad dressing in there and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE, SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE, SHAKE YOUR BAGGY, SHAKE YOUR BAGGY!

Hahah, sorry, couldn't fight the urge for that one. Maybe it added some humor to your day. Hahah. But yeah, it's nutritious and delicious!!!

You're setting yourself up for trouble and a potential rebound of all the weight you lost plus a little more. Your calorie level is simply too low and I would suggest you go up to 1400 at the lowest.

Eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up. Drink a lot of water as this helps to metabolise fat. When you work out, work out and don't just do it half assed.

If you can keep it up, then you might lose the weight you're looking at losing.

I may sound mean but, your boobs will disapear first. But, your posterior and sides will fallow suit and depending on your work out you will see a good portion of weight loss at the beginning, the "unfortunate" part is that as the weight starts coming off it will taper off to a crawl. This is when your muscle starts building. You will lose inches befoire weight. You might also want to get a body mass index chart and get that test done that measures your internal fat. good luck. just remember you want inches to disapear and your body mass index down, Eating will NOT cause your weight to drop without exercise. GOOD LUCK.

i know you can do this! i'm a very determined person too so i know exactly how you feel and how determined you are to do this.
the diet you've chosen is perfect, i can't see anything missing at all. the only thing i suggest is to do an every other day excercise thing(2 hrs. each time) or 30 min-1hr a day.

I would add sardines. They meet almost 48% of your daily protein requirement in 1 serving! tfw
