I don't want to ask a question. I just woke up this morning and after dieting for a little bit. I decided to weigh myself I lost 5lbs I know thats not that much but I am proud and talking about it encurages me to do more. I've been walking in the evenings when its not so hot and I've been eating all of the meals that the preschool that I work at give the kids. It nice b/c the food has serving spoons and I just remind myself that I can only have one serving full. Then I have the afternoon snack too which helps to keep me from feeling really hungery when I get home then for supper I have vegtiables with chicken. I started drinking a lot of water and some green tea but I just feel that the tea give me some flavor and makes me feel healthier. Some please give me some prace and I will sending these every 5lbs until I get to my goal of 20lbs lost. I want to loose this much b/c I want to get a breast reduction but my dr says I have to lose weight 1st which is another thing that pushes me more
