Actually in some places yes. That's why the USA wants to take water out of the great lakes, which if they're allowed, and use it for irrigating fields, will start to drain the lakes at too high of a rate, so as I recall they're trying to get an agreement that would regulate use of the water.

In Australia they've had droughts for something like 7 years straight, some places have the lowest ever water in reservoirs, including major cities. I think Sydney is down to 30% of it's reservoir, some places I think are down to 10%, it's nuts.

I am not sure if anyone has seen the 30 minute show on Discovery. But they are saying the Water now More valuable than oil. From what studies shown below. The most valuable commodity in the world today, and likely to remain so for much of this century, is not oil, not natural gas, not even some type of renewable energy. It’s water—clean, safe, fresh water.

Yes we are!!

And you know it only takes a change or two in YOUR life (and me and that other guy) to make an impact!

For instance:

Turn off the water while you brush your teeth! You are just wasting water when you let it run for no reason.

Turn off the water while you shave your legs/face... You dont need that water while you are shaving! Leave a little water in the sink/tub to rinse your razor.

Flush only after... you know... Our Motto comes from "Meet the Fockers" If its brown flush it down, if its yellow let it mellow. Think of how much water you are saving....

Dont water your lawn everyday. It is illegal here in Florida. We only have certian days and time frames to do so.

All it takes is a little change to see a big difference. These are just a few ideas, see what you can come up with!!
