Because like the wine, one needs to smell, see, hear, watch a lot before one decides to taste. And also like the wine, if you have made the good choice, the best flavor comes a little after the first sip. One also needs patience and knowledge to choose a fine partner like a conaisseur needs to train his senses and accumulate experience... Endless comparisons...
In the end isn't life better experienced than "discussed"?

They usually get better with age! (more insight, more knowledge about opposite sex, more caring,financially set and the show off behavior is gone, too)
