There aren't a lot of scholarships for undergrads, unfortunately. Scholarships for graduates is a task by itself. In the U.S., you can always get a scholarship by "smashing" the SAT.
However, go to the site I've listed below. You'll find an amazing number of scholarships. One or more may apply to you.

Are you interested in studying undergrasduate in India. I heard there are special grants from Government of India for students of your country. Please visit Indian High commission and enquire.We see plenty of Nigerian students here. If chance I meet them I will enquire and let you know.
