I've tried alot of things to lose wight after I had my daughter now she is 7 months old and doctors say that it can take up to a year for you to lost the weight you gained from pregnancy but i havent even lost 1 pound not to mention I have alot of medical problems that are preventing me from losing the weight. I cuz calories to about 400 but Im deciding not to eat altogether because that isn't working. Im currently taking dietary supplements and dietary fiber supplement because eating food rich and fiber and drinking lots of water didn't work for me. This is now my second day of fastong. How much weight do you think I will lose in 5 months.

Yes I do cardio and sit ups but I've had a really bad case of constipation and hemroidess. Excersizing is fun because after your done you get this high but just excersizing isnt working so Im thinking of excersizing and fasting.

body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day. and thats for somebody who is under 150lbs. a person thats above 150lbs needs 70cal/hour just for basic functioning.
you are not losing weight because your are not consuming enough calories for your body to not store any of calories it gets in fat reserves.
by fasting you lose only water weight and muscle not fat and slow down metabolism dramatically not even talking about the fact - you will gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal.
do NOT use religion as cover up for something that God by no means want you to do. why do you think he created people to work on energy recieved from food not from gasoline or fresh air???

Honey, you're at a healthy weight for your height right now and you're still growing (height wise). Your body will need calories to continue that growth, so I wouldn't worry about trying to lose anything. What *might* make you feel better is to get exercise every day and throw in some strength/weight training every other day to tone your body. I know that when I was a teenager I felt a lot better when I had a toned body, than when I didn't (I also had a lot more energy. I was also the correct weight for my height.) Definitely work on eating well, getting in a little exercise each day and tone up your body. You'll feel a lot better about yourself, trust me. I know I did.

Fasting is not recommended. That is the worse thing you can do for your body. Is Fast, no don't go there, I beg of you.
If you simply watch your portions. Diet Supplements and Fiber Supplements, you can get those things, without taking Supplements from the Fruits, and Veggies.
Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast Oatmeal, or Yogurt, or Turkey on 100% Whole Wheat Bread.
Drink lots of Water, Drink Green Tea and Exercise. That is the way to go. Good Luck

What you are doing is very irresponsible. You have someone depending on you, but you're jeopardizing your life to look better.
First of all. YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day. If you don't eat enough, your body will go into starvation mode and will STORE FAT.
You need to eat well and exercise. You will lose weight if you burn more calories than you consume, unless you have a thyroid problem or some other medical issue that is causing you not to lose weight. If this is the case, please consult your doctor.
Do not starve yourself. You'll end up unable to care for yourself and your baby who needs you.

Well, you'll be skinny when you're dead, my friend.
If you don't eat, the health problems that you mentioned will get worse. Instead, try something called healthy eating. The changes don't have to be big, instead of white bread, have whole wheat and stick to fruits, vegetables, as well as more protein. Healthy eating may even reduce, if not get rid of your health problems.
Speak to your doctor for some great meal plans, and also consider having a food guide mailed to you.
Do you want to be there for your daughter who is not even one years old yet? In five months time if you fast, you will be dead and your daughter will have to live without a mother. Would you really want that? Please, be responsible for you, your family and others around you.
Edit:
Yes, I know that people fast for religious purposes, but that is for about less than a week, not for five months. If you fast for five months, yes you can die. Stop being so irresponsible, if looks are more important than being their for your child you weren't ready for the responsibility.

Have you tried excersizing? When I had my little ones I walked everyday...and went biking. That helped Immensely.. Starving yourself/fasting will NOT help at all. You will loose all the water in your body but.. other than that nothing will happen except your body like someone stated before..will go into Starvation mode..and ANYTHING you eat will be stored as fat for future reserves.
Go to a dietitian... They normally actually recommend that you eat up to 6 small meals a day.. they can set up what you eat and help you in that.. but DO NOT starve yourself..
I am assuming you WANT to be there at your baby's graduation from college right? Starving yourself will make sure you will not be there...

this is not the way to lose weight. if u want to lose weight u must start eating 6 small meals a day, consisting of high amount of protein and healthy fats and a low amount of carbs. shoot for 1.5 or 2 grams of protein per body weight. so if u weigh 70 kgs u should eat 140grams of protein devide that by 6, u should eat about 23 grams of protein in every meal. try using a protein supplement to replace 3 of these meals and use a thermogenetic fat burner as well, u should melt body fat like crazy!!!

Following that diet regime.. you'd lose weight, but you'd also die.
400 calories is far too little as well. Return to your usual diet, maybe cut down to 1200 calories a day. Eat good food, don't just eat less. And exercise.

Your organs need the calories from food to simply continue to function properly. This is not a wise way to go about weight loss.
How much exercising are you doing currently? I would suggest you discuss this further with a personal trainer and your Doctor.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
