People with disabilities do something to me. I see God in each and every one fo them. I used to work with blind kids with cerebral palsy at the Penrickton Center for the Blind. I quit doing it because it was emotionally draining for me, and it wasn't fair to the kids if I couldn't give them all of me while I was there. But I saw God in every one of the kids. I looked in their eyes and in their smiles, and even though they couldn't see me, I saw them, and I saw God.

I have felt a love for all people lately. This is very different for me, and certainly different than what one would expect the human definition of "love" to be.
I suppose I equate "love" and "cherish" in the same vain in this instance.
