Sounds like you are under stress. You need to learn to relax, take some deep breaths and start learning to de-stress. If you are forgetting things, you can start making reminders for yourself, such as post-it notes or making lists. Take a deep breath before you speak and speak confidently, as though you know just what you are talking about.

Go see your doctor. I has similar symptoms and it took four years of testing to discover I have a problem with my liver.
But it could be anything at all. Go see your doctor and keep pushing for a diagnosis.
If he takes blood and some of the results are not in the normal range, get referred to a consultant in those specialised areas. I left it too late and I'm still suffering eight years on...

These sound like symptoms of stress. Try some relaxation exercises and learn to spend time just relaxing, properly relaxing without alcohol or anything.

See a doctor, this could be one of many things, some could be serious medical problems. You need a professional to make sure that it is not a physical problem and then he/she can make a referral to another person if it is not.

If you're anything like me it could be a symptomn of ADD (attention deficit disorder). With me its like my brain goes at one speed and my mouth goes at another. Its a bloody nightmare i frequently have to time-out.

it sounds to me like your under a lot of stress, but if you are really worried about this, then go and see a doctor, they will be able to tell you for sure what's wrong with you
