Dont stuff urself with fats and sweets. Those would help u gain weight but it also has a lot of bad cholestrol. You should eat five small meals a day packed with protein and iron such as a ceasar salad or tofu with lean beef. Drink weight gainer with a lot of vitamins if it's really bad such a whey protein. That would help u gain weight in a healthy way

First I need to know if by any chance do you have an eating disorder? Just so you know my very dear friend and companion who just passed away at the age of 54 one her causes of death was anorexia. She was a wonderful person even through her struggles. So, with respect to you, if an eating disorder is possible please get professional assistance. They will help you and put you on the right path. If not then make sure you eat alot of protien. Other than that I can help you feel free. Please ensure that you get all the necessary food groups and the weight will come on after all last year Joan did manage to put on 15 pounds before her other sickness took over and because of the eating disorder she had a difficult time recovering by the years of lack of nutrition. Good luck and after all maybe all you need to do is eat more ice cream. That'll work.

Drink protein shakes or drinks. There are some such as sustegen which are specifically given to people who are lacking calories. Try to have these along with food. Increase your daily calorie intake by 500-700 calories. Good luck with putting on some weight, give eating more calories a go, but if you still can not put on weight I would definitely see your doctor and get them to help you.

Why dont catch up some yoga tips. believe me it really works, i 2 had the same problem ,you can also try a diet change- eat late night & eat heavy
take 2-4 bananas in brekfst with a big jar of milk
increase ur intake on dairy products
consume exxxxtraaa butter or ghee
lots of chocolts $ ice-creams also

Try to eat foods rich in SUGAR AND CARBS (such as: potatoes, rice and pasta). Eat between meals. Have midnight snacks. Also lots of fruits and veggies. But still remember to be healthy. :)

have you tried the sports shakes??and to eat regular meals as well??? or try eating carnation instant breakfast..drink...and also eating food...eat more than 3 times a day..like smaller meals and have high protein foods...
