how can i say to a person that there is something sticking out in their nose?

Honesty is usually best. But, try not to say it in front of others, as that may be embarrassing. Call the person off to the side and just let them know they have something sticking out of their nose.

If you are in a group where there are people, it may be best to pull the person to the side and let them know that they have something sticking out of their nose.

Point is: find an appropriate way to inform someone that they have something sticking out of their nose. I would rather someone tell me than not tell me and I continue my social activities with something sticking out of my nose.

look at the person, n say, "here, don't move" then reach over and just grab for the thing sticking out of their nose! hehe =D j/k

if she's a girl, i'd lure her into the restroom. she'll most definitly look in the mirror, and take care of it herself. for a girl, i'd jus say, i'm gonna use the restroom, can u come wit me? for some reason, girls think it's just okay to join the person in the room where ppl make stinkies. hehe. if u're a guy, n the person is a girl, then say u'll be using the restroom, she might say she'll go too. the girl usually does, if she'll have to wait for u while u're in the restroom.

if it's a guy displaying something on his nose, i'd probably jus hand him a tissue n say, "u got something on ur nose" then continue to talk so he knows u ain't staring at it anymore. or jus give him a second by lookin at something else. if i dun have tissue on me, i'd probably try the restroom thing, n if that dun work, then i'd jus leave it. hehe

You could try to look "knowingly" at the person, and rub your nose. That does the trick without anyone else being the wiser. Get good eye contact, and put your thumb and finger each side of your nostrils, and pull forward. It is a known gesture that means there is something wrong with your nose.

You don't have to say anything to state the obvious. It might embarrass the other person specially if there are other people around you. Just point to your nose and look at the person in the eye. I think he/she will get the message. If not, tap your nose once or twice and stare at him/her. I don't think he/she will miss your message this time.

I just make eye contact with them and then tap my nose a few times. Most people get it. If they don't, then I hand them a tissue and tell them they have something on their nose. Keep it subtle; it will happen to you someday and you'll be thankful someone told you.

Just go up to them and say that they have something up there nose but not rudely but give them some sort of mirror. HAHAHAHA!
