to the christians instead of Joseph Goebbels than the whole of western Europe would belong to Germany now? (I AM NOT comparing christianity to Nazism before anyone accuses me)
They have run a very good campaign all these years to be fair to them haven't they? 2007 and people still believing in this stuff! Goebbels actually said once 'If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe itone' If any statement fits religion then surely it is this!

So you are, saying, the Christians are liars, because they follow a tradition for many years!

The Nazi party wanted control of the people for themselves, they distrusted the Church of any denomination.

In Germany where there was two most prominent religions the Catholic faith and Evangenical / Protestant faith of Martin Luther.

People who wish to follow christianity make a free choice to do so, they can change there mind at any time.

Once in with the Nazi party and its belief there was no way out unless it was by death, on the battle-front or from the extermination camps.

Your supposition does not match up to reality.

The Christians in Germany mostly thought of Hitler as a modern day Christian Messiah, sent by God.

So I don't see how anything would have changed.

Sure, because religion is man made and can very easily be compared to propaganda.
