Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/MoCr7
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

Two points you have a thyroid problem, or you think you have a thyroid problem?
My sister-in-law has a thyroid problem is on drugs and as long as she stays within her daily parameters of exercise, she is fine. Go beyond and she is sick. So once diagnosed they can treat and the symptoms vanish.
However you first have to be diagnosed.

Yes you can have a number of different symptoms.Tiredness, depression, etc. You need to see a Doctor. I didn't realize what was happening to me and I ended up with a total chemical imbalance which took about six months to straighten out.

not usually if you are on medication, they tend to be fairly much the same- either under or over active and don't usually change daily. My advice is go see your doctor. I am on thyroxine and it's great.
