Somebody asked about unbiblical abortions. Are the biblical ones like when God killed all the Egyptian first-borns?

I think a biblical abortion is a miscarriage. God kills unborn babies all the time. Approx. 20% of pregnancies end in miscarriage. Most women don't know they're having one though and it just passes as a regular period would.

Actually, there is such a thing. Medically, the term abortion is used for miscarriage as well. They call it "spontaneous abortion." I'm not enough of a Bible scholar to know whether miscarriage is ever mentioned or alluded to in the Bible.

Biblical abortion is when you kill them shortly after they are born. That seems to be oke with god.
