I personally started a workout routine that includes a lot of cardio (30 minutes in the morning and 30 to an hour in the evening with varied levels of intensity) and light upperbody workouts with high reps (like 15 reps of 50lbs 3 times to start) and move up to where you can do muscle failure. This workout takes about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours if done right and you should switch it up weekly. You should also examine your food intake and stop the sodas/coffee/candy, I went to having fruit for breakfast, a light mainly vegetable sandwhich (with a couple of slices of turkey) for lunch and a moderate dinner early in the evening with no snacks before bed. I also moved my water intake up to about 6 liters a day (makes you pee a lot at 1st but it keeps you from being hungry and is so good for you!) I dropped 14 lbs in 2 weeks this way.

You can not lose 11 pounds in a week even if you didn't eat anything. The way to lose weight is to do it slow and steadily, put yourself on a 500 calorie deficit per day and do cardio for 30 mins daily. You will start to lose about 1-2 pounds a week. If you really wanted to lose 5kg, you should have asked this question 2 months ago. Sorry, but it's the sad truth, weight loss is a slow process.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Eat alot of Green leafy vegtables and drink plenty of water. drink wheatgrass (a shot) every morning for a week and go for a power walk before you go to bed.
you will lose 5 kilo's in a week.
trust me cut out the carbs and fat and you will lose it.

work hard and don't take too many breaks then have a nice healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner! do that till u lose all of it!
