As a business person, you are running a smart business, but as a friend, you are stealing. If you want to continue getting along with this girl, you are going to have to talk to her about it. If what you are doing is legal in your state, and her business is too much for her to handle alone, maybe you could break it to her gently and suggest a partnership. She may appreciate the help in keeping her clients happy, and you wouldn't have to offer competitive rates.

uuum yeah, you souldn'y do that to your mate, its dishonest.Tell your friend you are sorry and only did it because you were REALLY broke. Then if you MUST try and balance out your clients between the two if you. I think the morality issue here is the 'escort' issue. 'Reall' escorts go out with men who pay for their company, the DO NOT have them over at the flat. What you are describing sounds like common prostitution. Its your body etc... but just be very careful with what you are doing, it could be a risk to yur health!!
