The correct form is "look at those two". The word "them" would be wrong in this context but you could correctly say "look at them".

Those two is the only one which is correct. It is because "those" is used as a demonstrative pronoun in relation to the word "two". (Which two? Those two!) Them is a pronoun used on its own as the object of a sentence and therefore does not sit happily next to the word "two". although as someone has pointed out, it is possible to speak of "two of them".

"Look at those two" is considered grammatically correct. However, English, like all languages mutates, evolves, mixes with other languages, has regional and cultural differences, and so on. For me, if it can be understood, then it is proper English.

You can say look at them or look at those. If you want to add the 2 then you should use the second. "Look at those two".

"Look at those two" is correct.
Look at "them" two or even "they two" are dialectal forms and not correct even though widely used. Other dialectal use that is widespread in English might include such loathsome vulgarisms as "we were sat" , "if I was..." and "yous".....
