At 163cm I think you're closer to 5'5". (I'm 158cm and call myself 5'3"!). So really you only have 2inches to go.
Really, genetics is the main determinant in your height, but it's true that nutrition plays a role in reaching your potential height too. Get heaps of calcium, have lots of fruits and veges (especially green leafy ones) and protein. Avoid smoking and high levels of stress. Get enough sleep and stay active. Cardio exercises are supposed to be good, but excessive weight bearing exercise can impede growth a little.
Basically staying healthy will help you reach your full potential height... but if you're meant to be 5'5", then unfortunately you're just going to have to accept that you're a beautiful individual at this height. There's no rush though.... You don't have to enter this comp at 16... wait till you're a bit older and know yourself better before you jump into it.

It really does not matter how tall your parents are here. You are a female and 14, you've likely stopped growing and if you haven't the remaining growth will not be significant.
Female growth typically SLOWS 2-3 years after the onset of menarche (first period). After that about 1/2 of teenage girls will have slight increases until about age 18. By slight I mean lucky if its 2 cm.
So if you are 14 now and 5'3" it is DOUBTFUL you'll ever break 5'5", don't mean to be discouraging, but I'm trying to give you GOOD odds.

It's possible (anything's possible). Avoid stimulants like caffeine and take nutritional supplements. Get enough sleep and stay active.
You don't have to wait til you're 16 to be a model, and you don't have to be tall, either. You won't be a runway model if you're not tall, but there's a whole lot of other modeling you can do.
If you want to be a model, find a good photographer that is interested in working with you and put together a portfolio.

I am confused, you are spewing out too many different units of measurements, cm and inches. I dont know about you, but I dont know the correlation between cm and inches, so when you say you want to grow 4-5 inches and you are 163 cm now, I have no way of knowing if you will reach five foot seven because you are talking about adding inches to cms. COuld you clarify your question by sticking with one unit o measurement? Thanks

I certainly have been seeing somebody for approximately 3 years now and one element i will consistently say actually in any dating i've got had alongside with my marriage i grow to be consistently ordinary. My boy-chum's 2 ex-different halves have been given the homes, the little ones, the recent vehicles and that i'm getting what's left over. a guy who heavily isn't a similar, can never totally have faith a woman ever back, and much childsupport money he can't have adequate money to even hire an place of residing and has to stay together with his kin in basic terms for a place to stay. And he purely purely tells me he will consistently care approximately me yet won't in any respect marry back. i don't understand adult men who they as quickly as detect a first rate ordinary woman can't marry her yet can marry the two timing untrue ones. would not make experience to me!! the main suitable advice i can provide you is to end this affair now! tell your husband and attempt and paintings out some style of marriage once you have been untrue to him. If he can't forgive you properly you made your mattress honey. Now you may desire to lie in it mutually with your boyfriend something of your life. attempt telling that on your little ones why you finally end up in a divorce courtroom. this is not love mutually with your boyfriend that's purely spoke of as "lust." Love is staying ordinary on your marriage covenants and your husband by using thick and skinny. solid success! Darlene

If your puberty has not been started or accomplished yet, you can grow a little more. Usually children's height is: x=(dad+ mum)/2, girl=x-7.5cm, boy=x+7.5 cm,(so thanks God, you are even taller than this!) but this is not an exact fact, coz other environmental factor affect one's height, like nutrition, sports, etc.
But I think there are lots of fun activities which dont require you to be 5' 7''!
