hey i dont think so u should hurry in this case..your puppy is still very young..you can just wipe it with warm damp cloth twice a day..i had got my puppy when he was 1month and a week old from a farmhouse.he was also not all that clean that time.so i bathe him the next day.so you can too do this when your pup is say 1month and 10 days or above.
but remember bath him with warm water and very gently with a mild pup shampoo or soap..coz its his 1st time it will be little scary for him.and make sure you bath him in the morning or afternoon..please dont bath him in the evening or night..he might feel cold during these time.
after the bath gently wipe his body with clean soft towel or let him sit in the sunlight for sometime to soak the water..
all the best for your puppy's first bath..

Not a proper bath. Just take them one by one. Hold them in one hand (you may need someone else to help you) then scoop up a little water in your hand and pour/rub in on their bodies then add the smallest amount of dog shampoo and then rinse off in the same way you put water on (you could use a small cup of water instead of your hand if you wish)! Just don not get the water anywhere near the puppies faces, and also be prepared for them to wriggle and yap like hell!
Hope this helped!

in a way you can. first of all only use water NO SHAMPOOS. shampoos can hurt the dog. second if you use a steady stream of water make it slow and weak.
Best thing to do is to fill up a tub f water and gently rub your dog clean. remember not to use shampoos.
you may also want to clean the mother. even though she is a grown dog dont use shampoos because that could still poisen the puppies even if they arent feeding off milk anymore.
last but not least FYI about the age you should start shamppoing a dog is about 3-4 months

You shouldn't actually bath a pup that young but you can take a warm damp cloth a wipe it down a couple times a day. Also if this is a new mom when you see her cleaning the pup praise her so she knows she is dong the right thing.

yeah but be sure to use warm water. NOT BOILING, and better do it quick so the puppy wont get cold, after bathing immediately wrap it with a towel and dry it with a blower. i HAD shih tzu puppies, the owner of the puppies' dad never told us that the dad had hernia so the puppies had it too and we had to sell em :(

you can't give them a bath, but you could gently wipe your puppies with a soft cotton cloth soaked in a lukwarm water with a little vinegar and little salt.
the solution you made will be just like their mother's saliva when she grooms them.
