Like me am off tomorrow for a nerve conduct test. However I found Pilate's extremely good, hard work, never got to sit on the ball due to the problem with my leg, but managed all the other exercises. I tones up, lost weight and enjoy the sessions. One hour a week, then came home and collapsed in bed, but well worth it. I have now moved onto Aqua Jogging, where the PT put a buoyancy aid around my waist, although I can swim and in I go. Odd because I can move so much better in the water than on dry land. Trying to get me out of the Pool, is the problem, as I really do not want to return to dry land and immobility. I am in a class with others who cannot swim, so start off by holding onto the side of the pool, not anymore, they are off and jogging.

I have had arthritis now for several years and found something that worked wonders for me, I'm spreading the word out to all those like me who have arthritis and may find some true relief, its a dietary supplement sold overseas called CMO, and here is where I found it, hope this helps.
