I'm doing a picture using only the primary colors, and I wanted the title to be Prime in japanese... but I have no clue what it looks like lol..

depends what you mean by prime. If you mean in "prime of your life" prime, it would probably be

saiseiki 最盛期

if you mean "first" or "best" then,
ichiban 一番

for primary, as in the adjective "chief" like "chief exports"
would by omo 主

note that that primary is not the "primary" as in election primaries, i don't think.
