Okay, I'm going to guess you don't really want to be told to go see someone or buy something.

The best thing to lose fat (you want to lose fat, not just weight) is to do cardio and resistance (weight) training. You should do cardio training probably 4 times a week, and resistance 3. Or cardio 3 times a week, resistance 2 or 3 times... if you want a day or two of rest. When you do cardio, do interval training. This means you should run as fast as you can for about 30-60 seconds, then jog for about 4 minutes, then repeat. Do this until you get to about 15 minutes. Short, sweet, and burns a lot more calories than just running or walking for a long time. It increases your metabolism for a very long time after the workout so you burn fat even while you aren't working out. Also, workout in the morning before you eat anything. Because you haven't put any calories into your system, your body will have to burn the fat away instead of the food you just ate. You're also going to want to eat 6 times a day in small meals. This keeps your metabolism up. If you're used to eating 3... well, don't. Eat about every 2 hours.

With the weight training thing, the first thing I have to say is that you don't have to worry about building all kinds of muscle. Women don't do that... they can't, it's not possible without steroids because they just don't produce the right hormones for it like testosterone. So don't worry. Second, just go to the gym and look around the machine department, I doubt you want to start any kind of rigorous training with the free weights. So use the machines and do high reps. Higher reps burn more calories and tone rather than build muscle. Go for about 15-20 reps. Only workout for about 30 minutes. Any longer and your body will start to produce the infamous hormone cortisol. Cortisol isn't just produced from emotional or mental stress. It comes from the physical too. And workout your whole body during the week. In other words, have like 1 day for lower body, 1 day for upper body, and 1 day for abs.

Oh and by the way... if anyone tells you that you can "spot reduce" fat with certain exercises or anything like that, please tell them that they are really dumb, because that's just not the way the body works. It's almost the opposite. What your body does is it gets rid of the first thing it puts on last. Kind of like backtracking. Which means, if your body naturally puts on fat around the waist, that means you just need to work all the harder to get the results you want. (But if that be the case, you can still always go to GNC or someplace like it and get a fat burner like Lipo-6, which is actually designed for women to hit the nasty thighs/midsection area.) You can do it! I believe in you. Good luck! Hope this helps.

God Bless,

It is possible. You have to do a lot of sit- ups though. So do about 20 a day to start, then start raising the amount by the week to make sure you're used to it. Make sure that you are not eating too late at night, for example don't eat anything after 7-8 o'clock PM. Drink a lot of water, but not too much. (Have you heard to the woman who died drinking too much water? It's horrible.) The right amount (8 glasses a day) will however cleanse the toxins from your body.

It's more about diet and nutrition than exercises, if you're overweight. If you are at a good weight, then you want to do crunches and maybe some cardio. There are some good videos for abs that only take seven minutes a day, you should look online for them.

get a big exercise ball! instead of sitting at your computer on a chair sit on the ball; and sit up straight. do this with your legs shoulder width apart for the first week then the next week pull your legs in closer together; and so on and so forth. This will cause you to be more unstable will sitting but it will make your abs contract so that you sit steady so you will be able to balance and will start getting stronger abs. The next time you do any kind of ab workout do it on the ball. its a lot harder but it works much better.

If all else fails, wear a girdle!

get some dance arobics. i heard that after any exercise u shouldn't eat in 3 hrs, else all exercise will be wasted. it's really hard but for weddings sake, just try eating light. never starve yourself. be happy, be healthy. congrats.

well.. you have plenty of time so dont worry, you can loose a LOT of weight by drinking about 1 gallon a day of water, and running about a mile everyday. you have to make sure you eat right also, try eating a lot of meat, it has a lot of protein, and it doesnt make you gain weight. good luck, oh and also stay away from sodium
