if there was at least one diet pill that worked there would be no obese people.
dont count on mirracle.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You can't take medication and lose weight. You have gain weight because you are not getting proper nutrition. We have excess and deficiency. We have excess of calories, fat, Salk, sugar, pesticides and deficiency of protein, vitamins and minerals, micro nutrients. To lose weight you need protein where it built your muscle, increase the energy and also reduces your hunger along with 7 servings of fruit and vegetable everyday. Take 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal. I guarantee you will not want to eat because you can't. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals that is why you feel full when you have eaten very little. Works for me, as I was a chronic overeater. I was searching for vitamins that pills and or tablets did not provide. Not even milk.

Weight, yes, fat, no. Weight loss pills actually cut back on appetite, which suppresses nutrient consumption. This causes you to lose muscle and water weight while keeping the stored fat. Weight loss pills lose their effect once one stops taking them, and if they ever even worked, will cause you to gain back weight.
Not to mention that there are countless health risks associated with tampering with your natural metabolism.

Not that is healthy for you.
Look up pulmonary hypertension and see how diet drugs caused this in young women.
Just get out there and get some exercise...
