Well dear fan....! i like sleeping and i cant wake up early in the mornining and i like to sleep till late morning and it makes me tired and weak and then i cant do any work during the day so is there any one who can solve my big problem

Your body clock is out of whack probably from burning the candles at both ends. First you have to go to bed early, need at least eight hours sleep. Get into a habit of setting bed time and going, no matter what. 11pm plus 8 hours is 7am and then you should be able to wake up and go out for exercise.
