I am happy just the way I am, so why pray for me to see the light and become straight? Gos likes me just the way I am, and I do not need your prayers.... Can you kindly pray for those in need? or the soldiers in Iraq? What ever happened to my need for privacy? Thank you for your time!

The way you present yourself in many of your posts to Christian questions seems to warrant said Christians saying a prayer for you. Some may say unnecessary things, and claim to pray for you to "straighten" you out...but I'm sure many pray for you because your posts make you appear as a person who does not know God. In this instance, I will pray for you, too. Your sexual preference doesn't mean a thing to me...and while I don't agree with it, I still want you to be happy.
...and I don't even know you.
Maybe you should think of other people and their happiness every once in a while, and simply say "thank you" when someone says they'll pray for you...even if you don't mean it. It's the polite thing to do, and people appreciate even limited attempts at sincerity.

i'm unable to understand if those deaths had some thing in any respect to do with what you assert. There might want to were 583 different motives why, demise isn't incorrect, it really is organic. I know what you mean. What's even worse is when you get a mass card in the mail everyday. That is what my mother and aunt did to me. Every single day, a mass card in the mail. They need to be prayed for more than me because they claim to be Christian's yet they do NOT live by the standards a true Christan would.

Because some people don't think for themselves and follow some mindless preaching instead of looking around and realizing that people have rights these days. Luckily there are lots of Christian churches that are accepting of people's natural sexual orientation so you won't have them praying for you to be straight and as for the rest, I will pray that they will see the light.

Personally, I pray with good intentions. and because I really care for those I love the most and everyone else in general.
I know what you mean when you are prayed by a christian who is a hyprocrite, thats "praying" for you to change your ways. Now, they can keep those prayers to themselves.

Many, if not most, Christians want to pray for EVERYONE. It's just one of many things that they do. Don't worry about it.
This doesn't violate your privacy unless someone forces their prayers upon you, so to speak. Let them pray. As long as they don't interfere with your world, let them live in theirs.

Because no one is perfect. And just as I would do for my family, I would want to wish them all the best things in life, and eternal life.
You'll see the light when your heart matches your eyes. Yeah sounds weird but, when you feel it, see it, open your heart. Life changes.
You will always have your privacy. Don't make it sound like someone has insulted you. Really.....it's just like someone saying to you 'I wish you great things'. How horrible is that?
