If you can do it, few exercises will rival rowing for weight loss. Targeting specific areas on your body is very difficult - you need to decrease your overall bodyfat levels, so running is not much different to rowing for example (though burns less calories). Taking alcohol out of your diet will make a big difference in just 1-2 weeks but you need to be exercising too to burn off the calories.

Sit ups for the belly!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Walking, & swimming. Cut back on your calories and drink water, water, water!!!!!. Although the sit ups, walking and swimming won't make you loose weight it will certainly tone and rearrange everything so you will look much thinner, the calorie cut back is what will make the weight difference.
The only way to do this is to start a cardio routine. Start walking every day, then slowly add a jog to the walk if you can.
Make sure you eat lots of protein too! That's my rule and drink water!!!

if u have a space under ur sofa.. pop ur feet under there and lie on the floor pull yourself up and do belly excersises thats what i do lol .
